The hotel is close to jfk Airport, but a little bit far from the "heart" of New York. Subway is 3 blocks away, taxis are cheap.
Close to a noisy street .
The room was amazingly comfortable and it was very close to the airport.
Not much in the surrounding area, but it suited our purpose due to an early flight.
Not too far from JFK airport. Close to the subway station.
Staff very poor. Unfriendly, incompetent. Noise from the road outside unbearable. The vibrations from the subway running underneath unacceptable.
Transport to Manhattan 300 m from the hotel, very close to Metro station.
Poor breakfests, hotel stuff not very helpfull, hotel and staff were not clean, elevator very slow,we had to wait for long time (9th floor),
Breakfasts is too simple
great location : close to subway and bus terminal and surrounded by nice shops. one pc available in the lobby. rooms are comfortable
the great location is a bit noisy due to the main road. lobby and breakfast lounge are a bit narrow and breakfast is a bit cheap
I do not like the hotel, I think the place around it is very ugly and dirty the only good thing is the proximity of the hotel.
Price when compared to Manhattan hotels seems good value for money but you are about 40 minute subway ride out of the city but that's not too bad. Room was very clean and tidy and the fact that you have a fridge is great to store drinks and snacks.
The fact that there is no safe in the room to store valuables is not good and to make matters worse the hotel has no facilities to store these either so ended up carrying all my valuables with me which is a bad job.Hotel has no facilities so you have to go out for everything other than the complimentary breakfast which is ok. You have the option of getting take away's delivered of which there are plenty around but not much in the way or restaurants and bars.Visitors from the UK please bear in mind that this Ramada is nearer in comparison to a Travel Lodge than a luxury hotel.
The hotel was well situated, newly renovated and well appointed.
Parking is tricky, very few spaces for guests.
The location of the hotel is convinient for my trip and the staff are very friendly and always happy to assist.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also a 5 minute walk from the main line into Manhattan which was useful.
The address on the printed document had the wrong zip code. My taxi driver could not initially find the place which cost me an extra $15!
Cheap, handy for the subway, handy for the airports and no complaints about noise etc. We checked out before breakfast, but the restaurant area looked pretty basic - you might be better off getting your first meal of the day elsewhere.
During my stay at the Ramada, I enjoyed the brand of products used for soapand hair
The front desk staff and also not specifiying random hotel charges
i was staying there 9 days.Room is so beautiful and amenities was perfect.everything is close by restaurant, store, supermarket, bus , train(subway).stuffs were friendly and very helpful...honestly i did not missed my home at all.nice selection of complementary continental breakfast.i am highly recommend to everyones.i mark it as a four star+ experience...and thanks to Booked.net
I had the opportunity to shop easily, it wasn't too far from the airport and the staff really respected my privacy.
The towels needs to be whitened and please change the plastic cover over the elevator panels
